Description
The ZBENCH 127-7500 laboratory workstation by ZenBench is precision-engineered specifically for the integration of MS Sciex 7500+ systems. Its heavy-duty upper structure , built from high-strength structural aluminum profiles, is engineered to maximize rigidity and reliably support static overloads of up to 500 kg . Additionally, the work surface is clad in a 20 mm high-density Fundermax Resistance composite, providing certified chemical resistance against organic solvents, acids, and aggressive bases common in mass spectrometry environments.
As standalone sections for environmental control, the independent lower modules are configured to house one large and one medium vacuum pump, attenuating over 85% of the perceived sound pressure. Equipment integrity is safeguarded by an automated thermal management system featuring 7 ultra-quiet fans and a multi-stage safety loop with optical and acoustic alarms. This system operates autonomously to protect critical peripherals, while heavy-duty caster wheels with integrated leveling feet ensure a seamless transition between rapid mobility and rigid floor anchoring.
