Description
The ZBENCH 100VP1 laboratory bench by ZenBench is engineered to deliver maximum stability and safety in demanding scientific environments. With a load capacity of up to 500 kg / 1,100 lbs and a high chemical-resistance work surface, it guarantees long-term durability and reliability for daily operations.
Its integrated soundproof compartment reduces vacuum pump noise perception by more than 85%, drastically improving acoustic comfort in the laboratory, while the automated ventilation system with integrated alarms effectively prevents thermal stress on the equipment.
Equipped with four leveling casters with integrated lockdown feet, it seamlessly combines mobility and stability according To laboratory needs. Additionally, it offers optional accessories such as profile-mounted power strips, monitor arms, CPU holders, and drawer units.

Soundproofing compartment

- The compartment is lined with 50 mm thick high-performance soundproofing insulation, acoustically rated to dampen frequencies from chillers, gas generators, vacuum pumps, and compressors. Reduces noise perception by more than 85%.
- Anti-vibration system: stainless steel drip tray equipped with vibration isolation mounts (silent blocks) to absorb vacuum pump resonance.
Ventilation and feedthrough system
- Four long-life (150,000-hour), easily replaceable ultra-quiet fans.
- Two feedthrough glands: one optimized for vacuum lines and the power cord, and an additional one dedicated to auxiliary cables.
- 12V power supply for 100-240V / 50-60 Hz mains connection, featuring a locking safety connector.
Control panel with temperature display
- On button (green) and off button (red).
- Fans active from 20 °C. They reach maximum speed at 35 °C.
- Progressive optical and acoustic alarm in 3 levels: 56 °C, 61 °C and 70 °C.
- Backup battery to keep the alarm active without power.
