Description
The ZBENCH 100VP1 laboratory bench from ZenBench is designed to offer maximum stability and safety in demanding scientific environments. With a load capacity of up to 500 kg and a chemical-resistant surface, it guarantees durability and reliability in daily work.
Its soundproof compartment for 1 vacuum pump reduces more than 85% of noise perception, improving comfort in the laboratory, whilst the automatic ventilation system with acoustic and visual alarm prevents equipment overheating.
Equipped with 4 lifting castors with integrated fixing feet, it combines mobility and stability according to laboratory needs. In addition, it has optional accessories such as electrical power strips, TFT arm, CPU holder and drawer unit.

Soundproofing compartment

- Anti-vibration system: a stainless steel tray with silentblocks to absorb vibrations produced by the vacuum pump.
Ventilation and feedthrough system
- 4 ultra-quiet, long-life (150,000 hours), easily replaceable fans.
- 2 pass-through slits: one for tubing and power, and another for miscellaneous cables.
- 12 V power supply (100-240 V, 50/60 Hz) with a safety connector.
Control panel with temperature display
- On button (green) and off button (red).
- Fans active from 20 °C. They reach maximum speed at 35 °C.
- Progressive optical and acoustic alarm in 3 levels: 56 °C, 61 °C and 70 °C.
- Backup battery to keep the alarm active without power.
