The ZBENCH 190VP2XL by ZenBench is a professional laboratory bench engineered specifically for integrating highly complex analytical systems, such as Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS ) equipment. Its heavy-duty, high-resistance work surface easily supports the heaviest analytical modules, ensuring maximum stability and safety in the most demanding laboratory environments.
The intelligent lower layout efficiently optimizes your workspace. The left side integrates a technical drawer unit with a pull-out tray for tools and consumables, keeping the laboratory organized. Meanwhile, the right compartment securely houses up to two vacuum pumps within an active acoustic enclosure that reduces ambient noise by over 85%. To ensure maximum equipment safety, the setup includes a stainless steel anti-vibration tray mounted on high-absorption silentblocks , automatic temperature-controlled ventilation, and a digital overheating alarm.
For advanced heat management, the bench features an attachable rear metal exhaust manifold. This component concentrates hot air flow into a single circular outlet, allowing heat to be channeled and extracted directly out of the laboratory using a flexible hose.
The bench is fully complemented by integrated ergonomic accessories that keep the main work surface completely clear. These include suspended CPU holders and adjustable TFT monitor arms. Additionally, thanks to its six heavy-duty caster wheels with integrated leveling feet, the system perfectly combines agile mobility with rock-solid stability.
