Description
The ZBENCH 150VP1XL-F laboratory bench by ZenBench is custom-engineered to deliver maximum stability and safety in demanding scientific environments. Built on a rock-solid, high-strength structural aluminum profile framework and 12 mm structural HPL exterior cladding panels , it features a premium work surface with ultra-high chemical resistance that supports a static load capacity of up to 500 kg, ensuring long-term durability and reliability for daily workflows.
Its integrated soundproof compartment (located on the right side) reduces over 85% of perceived ambient vacuum pump noise, significantly improving workplace comfort, while an automated ventilation system with integrated optical and acoustic alarms actively prevents equipment overheating. The left side features a spacious open bay with an integrated base tray, optimized to house modular storage systems or auxiliary instrumentation.
Outfitted with 4 heavy-duty leveling casters featuring integrated mechanical stabilizing feet, the bench combines agile mobility with a rigid floor anchoring. Furthermore, it offers a wide range of optional accessories, including a monitor arm, a side-mounted CPU holder, a lower waste container holder, a pull-out keyboard tray, and modular drawer units.

- Completely eliminates vibration transfer to the chassis as there is no physical contact between the pump and the bench frame.
Ventilation and feedthrough system
- 4 ultra-quiet exhaust fans with an extended operational lifespan of 150,000 hours, structurally integrated in a linear array on the rear panel for active thermal management.
- Efficient and segregated cable management via three circular rear pass-throughs with black protective covers: two located on the open bay side and one in the soundproof area for vacuum hoses and power lines.
- 12 V – 5 A power supply for direct connection to 230 V / 50 Hz mains, equipped with a secure locking connector.
Control panel with temperature display

- Fans active from 20 °C. They reach maximum speed at 35 °C.
- Progressive optical and acoustic alarm in 3 levels: 56 °C, 61 °C and 70 °C.
- Backup battery to keep the alarm active without power.
