Description
Mobile laboratory bench with integrated soundproof compartment for MS systems, engineered with a heavy-duty, high-strength aluminium profile frame. It features a chemical-resistant work surface and an optimized internal space to safely house a vacuum pump. Designed to minimize noise, damp vibrations, and optimize the laboratory workspace.

Soundproofing compartment
- Single latching door provides easy access to the internal space for routine vacuum pump oil changes.
- The compartment is lined with 50 mm thick high-performance soundproofing insulation, acoustically rated to dampen frequencies from chillers, gas generators, vacuum pumps, and compressors. Reduces noise perception by more than 85%.
- Anti-vibration system: stainless steel drip tray equipped with vibration isolation mounts (silent blocks) to absorb vacuum pump resonance.
Ventilation and feedthrough system
- Four long-life (150,000-hour), easily replaceable ultra-quiet fans.
- One feedthrough gland for vacuum lines and the power cord.
- 12V power supply for 100-240V / 50-60 Hz mains connection, featuring a locking safety connector.
Control panel with temperature display
- On button (green) and off button (red).
- Fans active from 20 °C. They reach maximum speed at 35 °C.
- Progressive optical and acoustic alarm in 3 levels: 56 °C, 61 °C and 70 °C.
- Backup battery to keep the alarm active without power.
