The ZenBench ZBENCH 120VP1 laboratory bench is engineered to deliver maximum stability and safety in demanding scientific environments. Featuring a load capacity of up to 1,100 lbs (500 kg) and a highly chemical-resistant work surface, this unit ensures exceptional durability and reliability for daily laboratory operations.
Its integrated soundproof enclosure , specifically engineered to house chillers, gas generators, or vacuum pumps, reduces perceived noise by over 85% to significantly improve ambient workspace comfort. Additionally, the automated ventilation system features smart visual and audible alarms to actively prevent equipment overheating.
Equipped with four heavy-duty leveling casters , the bench seamlessly combines effortless mobility with rock-solid stability to meet dynamic laboratory layouts. It can also be customized with optional accessories including power strips, a TFT monitor arm, a CPU holder, and drawer units.

Soundproofing compartment

- Compartment lined with 50 mm thick high-grade acoustic insulation , engineered specifically to suppress noise from chillers, gas generators, and vacuum pumps. Lowers perceived noise levels by over 85%.
- Integrated anti-vibration system: a heavy-duty stainless steel tray mounted on silentblock isolation pads designed to absorb mechanical vibrations generated by the vacuum pump.
Ventilation and feedthrough system
- Four long-life, ultra-quiet cooling fans rated for 150,000 hours of continuous operation, designed for quick and tool-free replacement.
- Three feedthrough ports: one designed for vacuum lines and the power supply cable, and two destined for miscellaneous wiring.
- Integrated 12V power supply unit for universal grid connection (100–240V / 50–60 Hz ) with a secure locking connector.
Control panel with temperature display
- On button (green) and off button (red).
- Fans active from 20 °C. They reach maximum speed at 35 °C.
- Progressive optical and acoustic alarm in 3 levels: 56 °C, 61 °C and 70 °C.
- Backup battery to keep the alarm active without power.
