Laboratory bench
ZBENCH 190QTOF
Description
Low-profile technical workstation optimized for facilities with ceiling height restrictions. The 70 cm working height of the ZBENCH 190QTOF model allows the seamless integration of tall vertical Q-TOF mass spectrometers without compromising technical access or operator ergonomics. The bench features a heavy-duty aluminum profile frame and a 20 mm Fundermax Resistance benchtop , safely supporting static loads of up to 500 kg
The 190 cm long surface efficiently distributes its lower space from left to right: an integrated three-drawer module, an open central section for the liquid waste container, and an independent soundproofed technical compartment on the far right.
The system ensures absolute compatibility with the specific configurations and technical standards of the leading global instrumentation brands in the industry .
Features
Technical specifications
- Mobile soundproofed bench for Q-TOF / LC-MS systems with a high-strength aluminum profile structure.
- 12 mm HPL panels for external enclosures and a 20 mm thick Fundermax Resistance work surface, both engineered for maximum resistance to impacts and aggressive chemical agents.
- Six levelling casters with integrated mechanical anchoring feet to ensure absolute stability.
- Load-bearing capacity for a static load of up to 500 kg on the benchtop.
Soundproofing compartment
- Floorless Design: Custom-optimized compartment to house a vacuum pump placed directly on the facility floor for streamlined, convenient maintenance and zero structural vibration transfer to the furniture.
- Accessibility: A front door for easy access to the vacuum pump and rapid oil changes.
- Insulation: High-density, 50 mm thick acoustic absorbing core, specifically engineered to soundproof motors and vacuum pumps.
- Noise Attenuation: Sound level reduction exceeding 85% of the ambient noise generated by the vacuum pump in the laboratory.
Ventilation and feedthrough system
- Four easily replaceable, ultra-silent fans with a long service life (150,000 hours) for active, real-time thermal control within the soundproofed module.
- Efficient cable and hose management via six optimized rear pass-through ports (distributed in pairs of two per internal compartment): providing clean, segregated routing for vacuum lines, waste hoses, and equipment power cords.
- 12 V – 5 A power supply for direct connection to 230 V / 50 Hz mains, equipped with a secure locking connector.
Control panel with temperature display
- On button (green) and off button (red).
- Fans active from 20 °C. They reach maximum speed at 35 °C.
- Progressive optical and acoustic alarm in 3 levels: 56 °C, 61 °C and 70 °C.
- Backup battery to keep the alarm active without power.
