Description
The ZenBench ZBENCH 190VP1 laboratory bench delivers maximum stability, acoustic insulation, and heavy-duty protection for high-end analytical environments. Engineered with a high-strength aluminum profile frame, it supports a static load of up to 500 kg on a premium, highly chemical-resistant work surface.
This workstation optimizes analytical workflows by integrating a high-capacity three-drawer module, an ergonomic external CPU holder, and a heavy-duty articulated monitor arm (TFT). The lower layout features an open, dual-compartment design on the left and center, serving as a dedicated, uncompromised zone for safe chemical waste carboys management and general storage. Conversely, the right compartment serves as the primary soundproof enclosure, engineered exclusively with 50 mm thick high-density acoustic insulation to deliver over an 85% reduction in perceived ambient noise from the vacuum pump. This technical housing integrates a front-mounted digital climate control panel, automated forced ventilation via four high-airflow horizontal fans, and a stainless steel anti-vibration tray equipped with mechanical silentblocks.
Outfitted with six heavy-duty leveling casters featuring integrated retractable rubber feet, each individually adjustable, the bench combines effortless mobility during setup with a rigid, absolute floor anchoring during technical operation.
