The model ZBENCH 190VP1XL is a high-performance mobile laboratory bench engineered specifically to mitigate critical noise and vibrations in high-throughput mass spectrometry analysis. Featuring a robust static load capacity of up to 500 kg, it combines a rigid aluminum frame with 12 mm High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) enclosures and a 20 mm Fundermax Resistance work surface, ensuring absolute chemical inertia. The bench is fully compatible with industry-leading analytical systems including LC-MS, GC-MS, and QTOF-TOF instruments from major manufacturers.
Its modular architecture optimizes laboratory space by integrating a soundproofed compartment that reduces vacuum pump noise by over 85%. To eliminate mechanical interference, it features an anti-vibration stainless steel tray equipped with silentblocks, a secure fluid waste module, and a three-drawer unit. Operational continuity and order are guaranteed through an automated thermal management system powered by four ultra-silent fans and a digital display with integrated overheating alarms. Furthermore, the assembly includes specialized, segregated cable routing channels, ergonomic CPU and monitor mounts to clear the workspace, and six mechanical leveling casters with integrated ratcheting pads for absolute stability, rigid anchoring, and proper grounding
