Description
The ZenBench ZBENCH 190VP1XL laboratory bench is designed to deliver maximum stability, silence, and safety in LC/MS environments. Built with a high-strength aluminium frame and a chemical-resistant surface, it supports up to 500 kg. It features a soundproof compartment for a vacuum pump that reduces noise by up to 20 dBA, with an anti-vibration system, automatic ventilation, and an acoustic and LED alarm against overheating. Equipped with six adjustable castors with fixing feet, it combines mobility and precision. Compatible with Agilent, Thermo Fisher, and Waters equipment, it is the ideal solution for laboratories that require performance, durability, and acoustic comfort.

Soundproofing compartment
- A lockable door for easy access to the vacuum pump and to perform oil changes.
- Compartment with 50 mm-thick multi-layer acoustic insulation designed to soundproof motors, compressors, and vacuum pumps. Reduces perceived noise by more than 85%.
- Anti-vibration system: a stainless-steel tray with silentblocks to absorb vibrations produced by the vacuum pump.
Ventilation and feedthrough system
- 4 ultra-quiet fans with long service life (150,000 hours) and easy to replace.
- 3 bulkhead fittings for routing vacuum hoses from the vacuum pumps and 2 for routing cables.
- 12V-5A power supply to connect to the 230V/50Hz mains.
