Description
The ZBench 190-7500 laboratory bench by ZenBench is a professional solution specifically engineered and configured for integrating the SCIEX Triple Quad 7500 / 7500+ (LC-MS) mass spectrometry system. Its robust 20 mm Fundermax Resistance work surface easily supports the heaviest analytical modules, ensuring maximum stability and safety in the most demanding laboratory environments.
Its intelligent under-bench structure efficiently optimizes workspace to safely accommodate the system’s dual primary mechanical pump configuration, featuring the MS40 and MS120 models. Built entirely with high-strength aluminum profiles and a 12 mm HPL enclosure, the soundproofed compartment features 50 mm thick acoustic insulation that reduces the perceived ambient noise from these motors by more than 85%. To guarantee optimal safety and performance of the instrumentation, the assembly includes a stainless steel anti-vibration tray mounted on silent blocks, temperature-regulated automatic ventilation via 7 ultra-quiet fans, and a digital overheat control panel.
As an advanced extraction accessory, the bench features an attachable metal manifold on the rear ventilation plate. This component concentrates the hot airflow into a circular outlet, allowing heat to be channeled and exhausted directly out of the laboratory using flexible ducting.
The bench is complemented by integrated ergonomic accessories that completely clear the usable work surface. Key features include suspended CPU holders and articulated TFT monitor arms. Additionally, thanks to its six levelling casters with integrated lockdown feet, the system combines agile mobility with absolute stability for high-performance laboratories.
