Description
The ZBench 190VP1XL-F professional mobile bench is a solution specifically designed for the integration of highly complex analytical systems, such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) equipment.
Its intelligent under-bench structure optimizes workspace efficiency by being divided into three key zones: the left module houses a technical drawer unit with a pull-out keyboard tray; the open central compartment is dedicated to the secure placement of the system’s chemical waste container; and the right module features a hermetically sealed enclosure. This enclosure provides active acoustic insulation and incorporates an advanced floorless design to easily slide heavy vacuum pumps in and out, reducing ambient noise and regulating temperature via four smart fans connected to an integrated digital alarm.
As an advanced extraction accessory, a metallic manifold can be attached to the rear ventilation plate, concentrating hot air flow into a circular outlet to channel and exhaust heat directly out of the laboratory through a flexible hose.
Its robust work surface easily supports the heaviest analytical modules and is complemented by ergonomic accessories, such as suspended CPU holders and TFT monitor arms, which completely clear the usable workspace.

Soundproofing compartment

Ventilation and feedthrough system
- 4 long-life (150,000 hours), ultra-quiet, and easily replaceable fans.
- Five cable pass-throughs: one for vacuum lines and the pump power cable, and four for miscellaneous cables.
- 12V – 5A power supply for connection to 230V/50Hz mains with safety connector.
Control panel with temperature display
- On button (green) and off button (red).
- Fans active from 20 °C. They reach maximum speed at 35 °C.
- Progressive optical and acoustic alarm in 3 levels: 56 °C, 61 °C and 70 °C.
- Backup battery to keep the alarm active without power.
